Fair and Transparent Pricing

We know two factors impact whether you will hire a content writer. Cost and quality. Most agencies will not give an indication of price, preferring to work on a per client basis and tailor quotes to a maximum budget. At Immortal Wordsmith, we believe in fair and transparent pricing, so we publish what to expect when hiring us to showcase your business.

Web Copy Pricing

Showcase your business.

Your core website content is written in a different manner to blog content. It is designed to address customer pain points and drive enquiries and conversions.

We price according to the size of the website:

  • Small (up to 7 pages) from £600 with a max. price of £900.
  • Medium (up to 14 pages) from £1,200 with a max. price of £1,800.
  • Large (15+ pages) are priced per page and start from £1,300.

Landing Page Pricing

Increase conversions.

Landing pages are designed with one goal in mind, to create a conversion. Writing a landing page is a refined skill.

At Immortal Wordsmith, we don’t believe in profit sharing or taking a percentage of the sales we generate for your business like most agencies do.

Instead, we charge a flat fee per 1,000 words of Landing Page content of £125.

Editing & Proofreading Pricing

Refine your content.

The level of attention an editing job requires depends on several factors. Is the content broadly well-written? Is copyediting required? Do you need a short advert checked or a fully-fledged novel?

We offer developmental, line and copy editing. Our base prices are:

  • Single editing (e.g. developmental) – £15 per 1,000 words.
  • Duo editing (e.g. copy and line editing) – £32.50 per 1,000 words.
  • Trio editing (developmental, line and copy) – £50 per 1,000 words.

eBook and Whitepaper Pricing

Share your knowledge.

We only accept non-fiction business oriented commissions for eBooks.

If you want to provide your audience with valuable information and deeper insights, an eBook is a fantastic way to enhance your brand profile.

eBook pricing starts at £600, and is largely dependent on the length required.

Whitepapers are priced per project, starting at £500, as the scope for whitepapers range in detail, technicality, and presentation.

Transparent Pricing

We know marketing and content budgets vary widely between businesses.

At Immortal Wordsmith we commit to transparent pricing and supply breakdowns of any costs billed to you.

For UK based companies, most of our services are fully tax deductible and can be offset against your corporation tax each year.

We can work with your accounting department, or your personal accountant should any questions arise.

Flexible Payment Options

We accept direct payments through:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Escrow
  • Direct Bank Transfers

Depending on your company location or project type, we may request payment in advance or arrange a retainer agreement. For UK based companies we are happy to arrange invoicing, subject to contract.

We even accept cryptocurrency payments. Crypto payments are only accepted in Ethereum (ETH) and in advance of any commissioned work.

Non-Disclosure Agreements

For ghostwritten content we are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
