What different types of editing do you offer?
We offer developmental editing to improve the structure and content of your manuscript, line editing to enhance readability, and copy editing to focus on mechanical errors. Or we can provide all of the above!
Which authors have you worked with?
To date, we have offered full editing services to a number of anonymous non-fiction authors and feedback services to several anonymous fiction authors.
Can you edit my manuscript ASAP?
Contact us to find out our current availability. Keep in mind that editing should never be rushed. To deliver our exemplary services, we must be provided enough time to thoroughly comb through your manuscript.
What is your book editing process?
We prefer to work in Word Document or Google Document to track changes. If you’ve opted for developmental editing, line editing and/or copy editing, we will break the process into ’rounds’. Book a consultation to learn more about our process.
Do you use tools to edit content?
We manually edit at all stages of book editing. We may use an editing tool to give the content one last sweep for errors, but this is usually unnecessary. We do not use AI for any of our editing services.
Can you format my book for publishing?
We can ensure that your book is formatted consistently from start to finish, however you should check the requirements for self-publishing on various platforms and make arrangements to have your book adapted post-editing.
